Gardanne village in south of France, a famous Paul Cézanne painting

Gardanne is a beautiful village at 25 miles from Aix en Provence where lived Paul Cezanne. He love much the mount St Victoire, Gardanne is almost at 10 miles at the bottom of this mount; this paint smells sun and songs of cigadas of the Provence. Gardanne is the only one village painted by Paul Cezanne.

Paul Cézanne was born 19 January 1839, he died in 22 October 1906. Cézanne was a French artist and Post-Impressionist painter whose work laid the foundations of the transition from the 19th-century conception of artistic endeavour to a new and radically different world of art in the 20th century. Cézanne's often repetitive, exploratory brushstrokes are highly characteristic and clearly recognizable. He used planes of colour and small brushstrokes that build up to form complex fields. The paintings convey Cézanne's intense study of his subjects.
